In this class you will learn about your body and the way it moves along with how to stretch safely and effectively. Every body stretches differently and our stretch instructor ensures each stretch is working to support your needs and goals. Our instructor has over 15 years experience in stretching her motto is ‘stretching is a lifestyle’. No previous stretch experience required.
